About Me
For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change. Along the way, I've earned a Doctorate in Social Work focused on administration and leadership, worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, provided supervision to future clinicians pursuing licensure, and taught graduate social work students at the University of Kentucky.
But beyond the degrees, credentials, and titles, what truly drives me is helping people reconnect with themselves.
I created Inner Peace, Outer Glow because I wanted the freedom to support people in a way that feels authentic, empowering, and focused on growth, not labels, diagnoses, or checking boxes. I believe everyone deserves a space to explore who they are, what they want, and what's holding them back from living a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
My approach is real, direct, and compassionate. I'll celebrate your wins, challenge you when needed, and help you move past the stories and self-doubt that may be keeping you stuck. And while growth can be hard work, I firmly believe it doesn't have to be serious all the time. Humor, honesty, and a little bit of grace can go a long way.
Whether you're seeking clarity, confidence, personal growth, or a deeper connection with yourself, my goal is to help you create more inner peace so your authentic self can shine outward.
Because when you feel grounded within, everything else begins to glow.
